1. Appointment Booking
- Reservations: Appointments can be made online through our website, via phone, or in-person at the salon.
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking appointments at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak times and special services.
- Walk-ins: We accept walk-ins based on availability, but to guarantee your preferred time, booking in advance is advised.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
- Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients or may need to be rescheduled.
- Rescheduling: If you arrive late and the appointment must be rescheduled, the cancellation policy will apply.
4. Service Satisfaction
- Feedback: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address any issues.
- Adjustments: We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment if the service does not meet your expectations.
5. Health and Safety
- Sanitation: We follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use.
- Health Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues prior to your appointment to ensure the safest and most suitable service.
6. Payment and Gratuity
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price and is at your discretion.
7. Personal Items
- Valuables: We recommend that clients leave personal valuables at home, as VIP Nail Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Children and Pets: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that children and pets be kept at home or attended to by an additional caregiver during the appointment.
8. Behavior and Conduct
- Respectful Environment: We ask that all clients and staff treat each other with respect. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the appointment and potential future service denial.
9. Gift Cards
- They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card.
